Way Station, Inc. has exciting opportunity for MST Therapist!
Way Station's Child and Adolescent Services is seeking a licensed mental health clinician with specific understanding and skill in the area of family assessment and treatment for the position of therapist in our Multisystemic Therapy Services (MST). This is an intensive, evidence-based, in-home family intervention directed at youth and their families who are involved with the juvenile justice system and who have a moderate to high risk level of re-offending. This position is responsible for providing in- home services. Duties include assessment, treatment, and collaboration with families, youth, and community agency staff. Training and ongoing supervision in the MST model will be provided.
Professional Requisites: Clinical licensure (LCPC, LCSW-C) is preferred; however, licensure can be LGSW, LGPC. Master's degree in a related human services field. One year of positively referenced experience working directly with families preferred, but not required. 21 years of age or older with valid driver's license (license cannot be provisional status) Must have personal vehicle and be covered under an active auto insurance policy. A valid copy of auto insurance is required prior to hire. Must be able to clear criminal background check.
